Champignon Association, Inc became a non-profit Oregon corporation in May 1978 "to provide for maintenance, preservation, promotion of the recreation, health, safety and welfare of the residents." Our Association is managed by a Board of Directors elected by our member/owners. The Board appoints members to the Architectural and Landscaping Commissions to help them manage the routine operations of our Association. Operations are guided by the CCRs adopted in April 2020 and by clarifications, rules and regulations promulgated by the Board.
